Maid / Cleaning

The maid/cleaning sector is another key specialty at Blue Stone as our team has been working with multiple franchise brands (Maid Brigade, Molly Maid & The Cleaning Authority) for over 10 years and have even given seminars for various franchisors at their annual conferences about how to nicely exit from their cleaning businesses.

As you know, the industry has a bit of a stereotype and there are a lot of people out there that think owning a maid business will have you cleaning toilets on a weekly basis.  You and I know better and our team knows how to mitigate and/or defuse these misconceptions.  We sometimes like to say that owning a cleaning business is not the most sexy business you could ever own while you’re sitting around at cocktail parties explaining what you do, but you typically are laughing all the way to the bank with those large deposits!!

Additionally, the fact that we have hundreds of financials statements, from companies we have actually sold, (all redacted for confidentiality reasons of course) showing buyers what a really well run company can throw to the bottom line is just another reason we get so many deals done, even for locations that are struggling to make a profit.
